The stages it moves through
Every document moves through the same shape: Ideation, Outline, Draft, Revision, Final edit. After Ideation you can move back and forth freely — jump to whichever stage the work needs.
On top of that shared shape, this document type adds its own stages:
- Character Profile — an extra stage this document type adds after Ideation.
Because it is a planning or reference document rather than a polished draft, it skips Revision and Final edit — the machine reconnects around the gap so you still move cleanly from stage to stage.
